• You can request a return within 4 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be intact, unused and in its original packaging .

💸 Return costs

• Return shipping has a flat rate of €8.00 , which will be deducted from your refund.

• There is a 5% restocking fee , which will also be deducted from your refund.

❌ Non-returnable items

• Items from the [Collection Name 1] and [Collection Name 2] collections are final sale items and cannot be returned or refunded .
